Who we are?
It started with two friends, an idea, and the belief that Groningen deserved a place where breakfast gets to be a moment. And so Blue Bananas was born: a pancake café at Nieuwe Markt 9 where fluffy stacks, great coffee and a laidback vibe come together.
Seven days a week, mornings into afternoons. Breakfast as if it's lunch, brunch because we can. No reservations, no airs. First come, first served.
