What area does the pancake food truck cover?

We travel from Groningen across the whole of the Netherlands. Within Groningen and surroundings (Haren, Zuidhorn, Hoogezand, Veendam, Winschoten, Delfzijl, Stadskanaal, Leek, Roden, Assen and beyond) there's no travel surcharge. For locations beyond 75 km from Groningen we charge a kilometre rate.

How many mini-pancakes per portion?

We count 10 mini-pancakes per portion as a standard. Want unlimited baking within a set time window, or something else, we'll sort it out!

Our food truck is also rentable bare without our food concept (think DJ booth, champagne bar, pop-up shop or brand activation). Just ask.

From our home base on the Nieuwe Markt in Groningen, we take our pancake and poffertjes catering across the whole province and beyond. In Groningen and the surrounding area there's no travel surcharge, beyond that a friendly per-kilometre rate. A few of the places you can regularly book us:

Groningen, Haren, Paterswolde, Eelde, Ten Boer, Bedum, Zuidhorn, Aduard and Leek. No travel surcharge. We drive from the city centre.

East Groningen

Hoogezand and beyond

Hoogezand-Sappemeer, Veendam, Winschoten, Stadskanaal, Pekela and Oude Pekela. Request the options for your location.

North Groningen

Eemsdelta

Delfzijl, Appingedam, Loppersum, Uithuizen and Winsum. Our catering also regularly appears at events in this region.

Either, or both. Pick one or combine. Pancakes work especially well for brunch and breakfast catering, poffertjes for drinks, late-night events and festivals. Happy to help you pick.

Pricing depends on guest count, location, duration and toppings. Fill in the request form and you get a tailored quote within 48 hours.

Ideally at least 4 weeks in advance, especially in high season (May to September). For last-minute requests just call us. Sometimes we can still shift things.

From Groningen we travel the whole of the Netherlands. In Groningen and surroundings (Haren, Zuidhorn, Hoogezand-Sappemeer, Veendam, Winschoten, Stadskanaal, Delfzijl, Appingedam, Leek, Roden and Assen) there's no travel surcharge. For locations more than 75 km from Groningen we add a travel fee.

Count on about 5 x 2 metres of clear space on a flat surface. We need a power outlet (230V, 16A). No outlet? No problem, we'll bring a generator.

For poffertjes we count 10 mini pancakes per portion as standard. For pancakes 2 or 3 pieces depending on toppings. Unlimited baking for a fixed time slot is possible on request.

If doorways and ceiling height allow, the pink bus comes inside. Otherwise we use our tent + bar setup or an indoor setup with griddles. Mention it in your request.

We always go on. We have a retractable awning and the bakers stay dry. For your guests we do recommend a tent or canopy.
