What data do we collect?

1. Data you submit through a form

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the data you provide: name, email address, possibly your phone number, and the content of your message. We use this data solely to get in touch with you or answer your question.

Form submissions are processed by Formspree, an external service that forwards messages to our inbox.

2. Visitor statistics via Google Analytics

With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how our website is used, for example, which pages are popular, how long visitors stay, and on which devices they view the site. We use this information to improve the site.

We have configured Google Analytics so that IP addresses are anonymised. No data is used for advertising.

Which cookies do we use?

Functional cookies (always active)

We save your cookie choice in the browser via localStorage, so we don't show the banner on every visit. This is functional storage and contains no personal data.

Analytics cookies (only with consent)

Google Analytics places cookies to track visitor behaviour. These are only placed if you have given consent via our cookie banner. The cookies have a maximum lifetime of 2 years.

How long do we keep your data?

• Form submissions: retained for as long as needed to handle your question or request, with a maximum of 2 years.
• Analytics data: up to 14 months in Google Analytics.
• Email correspondence: retained according to our internal mail policy, generally no longer than needed.

Who do we share your data with?

We do not share your data with third parties, except with the following parties we use to keep the site running:

• Formspree, for processing form submissions
• Google Analytics, only with consent, for visitor statistics
• Our hosting provider, for hosting this website

We never sell your data to third parties for commercial purposes.

What are your rights?

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Request access to the data we have about you
• Request correction of incorrect data
• Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Object to data processing
• Withdraw your cookie consent (via the "Cookie settings" link in our footer)
• File a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) if you feel we don't follow the rules
